Kiteboarding with the Nikon 1 V2 and 70-300

As part of our traveling, we were over by Destin Florida so I took the Nikon 1 V2 camera and the Nikon CX 70-300 down to a back bay beach area for some fun shooting Kiteboarding photos.

The Nikon V2 and cx 70-300 rocked this shoot. It was very windy and cold out my hands were very cold and it was hard to hold the camera still with the strong wind blowing.

We were lucky to find a few of the Kiteboarding guys were still out Kiteboarding in this weather. They had no problem letting me shoot photos of them and one of the guys did many jumps for us to shoot of him.

The Nikon V2 and 70-300 combo was fast so fast that many shots I thought I missed I was surprised that when I got back home and loaded in the images I found it nailed shots I thought for sure I had missed.

Shooting the Kiteboarding photos was a lot of fun I hope to do a lot of this in many places as we travel. I shot everything in Raw and did all my editing in Lightroom I used iso 160 to 200 for all the shots.
