Destin Harborwalk Village shot with the Nikon J5
The Destin Harborwalk Village is a colorful place to shoot with lots of different building and signs decorated with a beach theme.
For this shoot, I took the Nikon 1 J5 and the Nikon V2 cameras for lens I used the cx 70-300 lens and the wide 6.7-13mm lens.
When we first arrived it was very overcast and cold out not the best day for shooting and getting good colors but later in the day, the sun did come out making for much better images. I had the Nikon 6.7-13 lens on the Nikon J5 and the cx 70-300 on the Nikon V2 making it easy to switch from one camera to the other as needed this gave me a 35mm equivalent of 18mm to 35mm and 189mm to 810mm with just the two lenses.
Walking around shooting both cameras and lens did a good job as you can see in the photos. All the images were shot in raw and edited in Lightroom.
It would be very hard if not impossible to tell an image shot with the J5 from an image shot with a higher end camera shooting the same shots the J5 images are clean and bright with great color the V2 even being an older camera still produces amazing images.
