1992 Wanderlodge 40 foot for sale
Asking $50k for a quick sale. Coach is located in Lillian Alabama down 2 miles from the bridge going to Pensacola Fl.
We have been on the road for almost a year and just purchased a small park model home we are moving into. We left Spring Hill Fl after selling our house and went all the way out to WA state hitting Tx, AZ, NM, NV, CA, OR, MS, LA, OK and AL.
The coach has not been sitting around we have been full time living it for the past year.
Its a 1992 40 foot WB with low miles on it we just hit over 60k on the way here from AZ we are at 61984 right now.
Its in good shape and very road ready.
Has new wallpaper in the living area, and two new leather rocker recliner swivel chairs cost $750 each, Newer flooring in the living area too. A now one-year-old 40-inch tv in the living room. and newer surround sound system.
A lot of the lights all the main ones that get used have been changed to LED.
Has icebox fridge down below that works great we have been using it for a year now. 3 ACs up top.
All wood interior no pink walls or countertops.
I mounted a TV arm on the wall by one of the chairs and I use a computer monitor on it that I can swing in and out of the way it makes working on my PC very easy and we have a counter with space for a full-size PC and extras. I will leave the mount for the arm so you can mount your on monitor or a small TV if you want
In the photos, it has no inside wall lights I have new lights in the box they just need to be put in.
Three start batteries I put in new a year ago. House batteries are older we never replaced them as we do not boondock but they do still work for using lights.
Tools in toolbox not included but the toolbox is. Underbay fridge works great we have used it for a year now. Waste tank has a spray clean system in it and I hooked an extra hose to it to make it more easy to hook up.
One side has a small scrape on the lower area I did in Palm Springs when I backed into a spot. I could see the palm tree but I could not see that it was 3 feet or more wider at the bottom.
Has newer back tail lights on both sides, Front center light area is also newer.
The generator has low hours on it. I think we used maybe 10 hours in the past year. We only used it a few times. 2694 hours.
Has a new water inlet I just put on in Dec, The old water filter under the bed has also been removed. I made a new two filter system that can be hooked up outside.
Large under bay area has a full slide out that can slide out from each side.
All the window awnings are in good shape, Includes the original Bluebird outside fold up chairs.
Includes the blue box with the paperwork and manual. Has newer battery charger,
All airbags replaced on 6-17-14, Replaced air ride level valve to front in 2014,
Will include a SilverLeaf motor monitor system you just need your own win laptop to hook to it.
Extra items we may take out.
I have a $500 We Boost cell phone booter installed with the antenna I will take out so we can use it here or we may leave it in based on final coach price. It really works great to get better cell service.
Also a WIFi Ranger system with antenna and router. This is a $700 system we use 100% of the time it creates a new wifi from your cell devices and the We boost signal into your coach or home and it will also pick up other wifi signals much better for you at RV parks and around you. I will take it out and use it at our new place or leave it in based on final price so i can buy another one.
With both devices, we almost never did not have internet using our cell devices.
Both are wired in from the roof and will take around an hour to take out and reseal.
